We chose the format on purpose.

Vertical microdrama went from a curiosity to a multi-billion-dollar business in about three years, and the story supply chain never caught up. Platforms need volume. Production companies need scripts that are actually shootable at the budgets this format runs on. Rights holders are sitting on backlists that could work vertically and have no idea how to get them there.

Conjure Originals exists in that gap.

What we believe

The format is a craft, not a constraint

Ninety seconds with a hook and a cliff is a sonnet. It has rules, the rules are learnable, and writing well inside them is a genuine skill.

Retention is a story problem

Not a thumbnail problem, not an algorithm problem. If people leave at episode 30, episode 30 was badly built.

Localization is authorship

Handing a script to a translation service and calling it a market version is how good titles die abroad.
